Project Description:

Renovations will include:  Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, upgrades to the heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, restrooms and kitchen. A new security system will be installed along with landscaping improvements and drainage work.  The parking lot will have additional spaces.  Selected windows and doors will also be replaced. The construction documents are 60% complete. The kitchen renovations details are being finalized. The technology, fire and P/A systems are being reviewed for approval. MEP equipment totaling $150,952 has been ordered to support the work planned for this summer.
