Project Description:

Renovation will include: Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, restroom renovations, upgrades to security system, heating and air systems, fire alarms, gymnasium and cafeteria.  The number of parking spaces will be increased, fencing will be added and windows and floors will be repaired as needed. The construction documents are in progress and will be complete in April. MEP equipment totaling $851,747 has been order to support the work planned for this summer.
